This Past few mths quite happen to be fast and furious to me, I glad to know my gf (Angela ). I Love her , She will be my first and Last Love i Ever have. I will Love her till the end of time.I want to communicate with her, i don wan her to be unhappy and i don wan to be burden to her also . I planning for the Future , Begun to invest my time on studying for my Partime diploma, and it is going to get worst for me , I will be more Busy these past 3 years . I hope the Voices in My head and my Gf will be Pillar of Strength to guide me these 3 years of studying....In the meantime , i want to be totally in a Whole New Level .... 2011 is definitely a golden Era for me . For my work life, i wish to progress into another Career Path. I hopping for my Last Semi-retirement Soccer Match Due in coming soon.... Will be my Last SwanSong .. I have not Blog For a while . I dedicate to My Love Angela! You are my Strength and My Motivation. Whatever the stage i take, I wanted to test myself how far can i go ..... TIme to stand out and be Counted.! Come stress ! How to maintain healthy Relationship

How many of us have allowed ourselves to be caught up in the whirlwind of a romance, only to be disappointed when the “honeymoon” period is over and reality sets in? Often, our partner is blamed for not putting in the effort to make the relationship work. In every relationship, be it intimate relations, friendship or kinship, it always takes a minimal of two people to work at it. A fact that everyone is aware of but rarely practices.
How then can we maintain strong, healthy and self-fulfilling relationships with a partner, parent or friend?

Deep, frequent, heart-to-heart conversations are essential in maintaining any relationship. Relationships fail when individuals hold the belief that: if he/she loves me, he/she should know what to do or what to say. I don’t have to tell him/her what I’m feeling or thinking.
We have to keep in mind that we are meant to interact, and are not mind readers. If you have difficulty communicating deep issues face-to-face, start off by sharing about your day and build up the confidence gradually by sharing issues closer to your heart. The person on the receiving end of your sharing will usually be appreciative of your trust and honesty.

Make time for each other
Set specific times during the week to do something both of you (or in a group setting) enjoy doing. Make it a point to celebrate special occasions and if finances permit, why not spend a weekend away from the stressors in life? Recognise that it is equally important to make time for your family.

Recalling the good times
Remember why you fell in love the first place. There are always wonderful memories etched in our brains. Reminisce on the fun times you had together with your friends and children. Tapping on such memories will also allow you to be more appreciative of one another.

Do something nice for your loved one
Know your partner’s, friends’ and family’s love language and do something they can appreciate. Love languages are expressed by – buying gifts, words of affirmation, acts of service, physical touch, and quality time. Understand how your partner showers you with affection and allow your partner to understand how you shower him/her with affection.

Appreciate the present
It’s too late for regrets when a love one passes on. There’s no point in grieving when the person has passed on or has decided to be out of your life. Learn to appreciate the present. Life is too short to dwell on the insignificant.

Celebrate and Enjoy
Celebrate the relationships you have made and maintained over the years. Enjoy the fruit of each journey you walked with that individual. Thank the person for being your partner, friend or family. Be grateful that they are still by you this day.

Tired Night and Busy Sep and Worst nightmare

Working can be a quite a challenge as i begun to learn new things like PO , some counter duities and hp enquires.....Next challenge should be library, hear from my collegues Cindy about her frustations at work and i finally know the job of libarian is not easy as it to be seem...But i feel sad for cindy also but at least i understand she advise me what to or what not to . Sat at work can be quite a boring and quiet affair bec there is not many people.... Interesting i like it very much because i can relax. Next wk need to burn another SAt omg....sad T_T but i only need to push the chairs upstairs to level 8 ....and arrange the room .....hai....sad sad ....but worst of all is the nightmare of wearing of bloody tie because of some VIP coming next next Monday For the Launching of Our New Company Brand...
Yup remind me last night Company Dinner At SCoot rd at hyatt hotel i think ..? It give me an culture shock lolz... as it is quite a different buffer compare to some high-class hotel...

I still quite upset about the tie thing ,...i need ask mum or bro to teach me the art of wearing of tie ARghhh.... it makes me sweat also .... i hate wearing it but only for one day .....But i already has experience in dealing with VIP i think ... Now tomorrow i sian of doing the nameclass thing....No mood to relax for tomorrow .... I need to Run tomorrow ....Hai ....

These few months is quite a miserable Low and a High and Low again....
2 months ago is a happy moment and a sad and hate , but it all in a past now... i Will Not mention that person name and her name again.. I wan them out of my Sight and even if i did see them or meet them i still don has the regrets but i has just broken the bonds i share with them once before and it will never come back again in this lifetime... i only see them as enemies and i has erase them from my past and memories... I concentrate on the future and my unhappyiness... now i concentrate on my new job in a year time ....and also learn new things if possible , i need to earn more money for the future...

I wish to get back my true form sooner or later ... no more gamble addicted.... no more eating supper at nite which make me fat already arghhh... I need to run run More .. Do more job , now this is not time to go into relationship or whatever ... i only wan to be Alone , alone in the world , i don trust friends so easily now bec i already hurt twice already .... I always very quiet in my way of doing things and i don care how people might view me or what , i just don care anymore....even if i care that person, that person will just make use of me and just ignore me .... From today onwards, i will become stronger than you ... Don ever call me again bec i has totally kick you out totally.... I do my thing my OWn ways

These few months i spent quite alot of money to buy new wallet, new usb cable, new shoes , new jersey , new shirts ... almost broke these months, now i planning to save maybe for studying , retirement fund sort of whatever.... I hate to say that but it is gd for my future... i hate to say this danny u almost ruin my financial life lolz..... Stop gambling arghhh.... I manage to contact jiaxiang few months back lol, every sat confirm find me to jio me out.... now i think i need to see which one is the main priority .

Now i thinking which course should i go study whatever ....and i thinking that i need to learn to drive or what ? ... I still need to improve my things ....I need to buy something again mmm... new ipod and a new pc ? mmm.....that suxs, i need to say how much 11k?oops that possible...GAMBATEH let work hard yo

Yesterday Go to Clarke Quay with Zhenhe around 12pm to 2pm to has a beer outing . This is my first time going to a brewerz there to order Indian Pale, Mogiu, i think . These are the 3 strongest beer in the cheapest price. I order one of the fish-food forghet the name liao as this is my first time there. I enjoy the experience ,maybe i will go there myself if i sad or happy i think but alot of ang mo there lolz. The lady serving us make us feel relaxed and contented to stay here lolz. I drink for 2 hours i already my face turn red and i struggle to overcome the side effect and prevent the drunkness to overcome me . Lolz i was like dazed for almost half an hour like that if i not wrong after we finished drunking but i the most jia laut one i think haha.... Zhenhe no drunk leh lolz....We both order 1 Jar of indian Pale, i order one half-liter of mogiu and zH order one mug of the hope -thing beer i forget liao , then i order one plate of fish food white bait lolz.... those 2 i already . Lol .......After reach home is already 3plus liao ,then i take a shower and online awhile then i Ko for 2 hours i think before i woke up. I was hit by the daze effect and follow by a huge headache which make me awake till i can sleep totally well at 3am @_@.....then today wake up at 11am -.-. I was hit by the daze effect again but no headache heng -.-''. Shit never in my whole life i manage to finish such a drink before..... Today going to watch transformer with my old friend lolz.... Hope transformer is good! Sad to hear Michael Jackson is dead, what a drag he die so young...

My Belated Birthday Outing at Marina And Suntec

Last Sat, need to thxs Meng wai , Chee liang, Yongxian for helping me celebrated my Belated birthday outing and also watch terminator salvation at suntec city lolz... and also enjoying Seoul Garden at marina square over there. Too bad , Robin, Wild Boar, Teddy Bear, Nicholas, and lastly Zhenhe cannot make it , but i thxs them for their support . Hope next year they will join my bird day again...Lol.....I feel very bad about my hair..... just cut hair at the New hair salon but is a china guy help me cut it lolz .... Sian monday go back work , All look at me as if i am a shuai ge like that ....bec i just cut my hair short lolz..... Jun long my upperstudy is no more with me le but he left me a Ezlink card and my Company card lolz..... but i sad that we only know each other for about 2 or 3 weeks before he go army . I wish him all the best lolz....Sian sia Still thinking whether to BUy the stupid phone T707 and My PAY STILL NOT YET COME ARGHHHH!!!!

I think she is the only gal in my lifetime who really done it in a special occasion which seriously touch my heart .I will never forget the day , the time and the place when i first time set my eye on you . That time around 4 plus, i was doing my work when i hear my colleagues calling out my name saying someout is looking for me.... I was like very Puzzled ... Who is the mysterious visitor who come looking at me around office hours....Then i stand up and walk slowly towards the receptionist area there.... there i look around and scanning the surroundings .....who is this mysterious visitor , i not sure is it a he or a She as my other female colleagues gigging looking at me . I was like huh what is happening and where is the visitor and my female colleague refuse to tell me is it a male or female visitor . Then i was in shock and wonder if my turn red or white at the same time, i realized the gal standing beside the receptionist area is wearing the ICA uniform . She look at me and scan my face also , maybe she also not sure if i look like the same person from the facebook or friendster pictures. I just stunned and slowly maybe shyness took control over me and i started to talk rubbish to her.... lolz .... because this is first time i and her see her face to face... real life.... because we only like talk at facebook chat like 4 or 5 days ago ..... after that i thxs her for the gift and also almost took her purse and her ID omg.....lolz .... but sad and disappointed that i should has stop her and talk to her more properly and know her better...... this is my regret i think..... But when she left , i was all alone once more and my colleagues all grill me about this mysterious gal from ICA for almost 3 hours omg.........haha

I not yet open my present she sent me .....but i admire her courage and her straightforward style and her spirit for making my wish come true and she maybe has a lot of positive things i not yet discover her.... i wan to know her more better .....Seriously I think she is the only gal in my lifetime who really done it in a special occasion which seriously touch my heart.... Flashback 10 years ago....Man u beat bayern munich 2-1, now lost to barcelona 2-0 ... it is always hurt to lose in a major european final.... this season is great...having win The Fifa world cup club,the league cup and the EPL. I think it is a fitting finale to see all the old guard phase out and let new ones to evolution...let the next badge of footballer to grow up.

Weekends pass very quickly , sat i think i go swim, sun meet up with z h and kokin to talk cok and eat porridge....I thinking that i might go study again.... still has 5 months for me to decide whether to study but first i need to save money first ......

Still waiting for my first pay day .....I need to change my nokia 3200 which has pei me for almost 5 years liao lolz..... I eyeing Sony Errision T707......it is just a normal phone but i like it the clamp type of handphone and also the colour i like lucid blue or mysterious black .... i don care about the function but i need to see the price first ..... which it costs more than 200 bucks then i seriously need to see another cheap phone.....but i hope it appear in june ba lolz....today is a tough week ,i need to work 6 days in a week....Plus i need to settle with the transport money issue with ben my superior first....

Today i wake up i realise that i am age and grow much ... Flashback 10 years ago, when i was a 14 years old.....i was in sec 2 that time..... lots of memories came flooding back to me ..... sad,bitter,pain,happy ,anxious and thrilling ,etc all i has experience in my lifetime. I wonder if i has been mature , i still learning new things ... and this should be my 4th adventure outside... My personal life is quite dull, my love life is zero experience , my wealth drop back to square one..., my family and my relatives relationship is still not that strong ..... also sense of regrets that i has frozen myself out to them also ,likewise my ite ,army,maple ,family....

SO i hope to reconnect them .... and i wan to make sure that i will not let myself go back to my old self... i wan to make myself a New person.... any do not leave behind any regrets .... I regret that during my 24 years of life i still zero love experience which make me a sense of guilt and think the problem should lie with me ....... I need to talk more but in actual fact i don like to talk unless someone speak to me or some interesting topic... when i in a group i always tend to talk less when u see me then u know .... ... I need to communicate more ba....but i tend to fade away endless......that is my weak point..... i need to stop here ...i will be going to work soon sian today is me oneman show again ....

Damn i do the stupidest thing..... why i am so shy ...... arghhh .... Today monday blues ....and just now mrt my collegues teased me why i so cold towards them and my face turn red........that sort of embarrasement .... hai.... which force me to go for 2,4km run just now... which i run for one hours.... oh gose.. i almost step on a rat while running at nite... as the weather is cool btw as it rains today.....
today is just a day which i will grateful forgettable the event on the mrt... on a high to a low... high is that i saw nicholas on my way to work.... so qiao lolz..... i hardly recognise him... yet he recognise me straight away....we talk awhile then i knew he work from 12pm to 10pm i think.... forget to ask him what he work as.... but he say he work in neg ann city .....last friday go watch with zhen he and kok kin ANGELS AND DEMONS .... the Starting is good but i very disappointed with the ending.... very longwinded.... and i give it 3 out of 5 stars.....

First day of work.... went into RTRC at raffles place .... meet my future colleagues and boss...sad to hear my upperstudy going to enlist during the army .... wish him gd luck ....lolz i just ord last year only... but i willing to teach him 2 years of my army life.....to him..... and i thrill to able to learn some admin skills and some IT stuff from my upperstudy.... Glad mas selmat has been caught and brought to justice..... Now i wish to concentrate my work till aug at least..... i very tired now.... going to rest soon .... maybe will not blog for a while....yesterday go running with zhenhe .... run till we walk to the Flyer and the Esplanade then we walk all the way back home.....i walk until i go crazy .....like 10km walk to me....

btw today i almost nose bleed......see alot of office gals and chio bos and smelling them strong perfume make my nose very tickly .....zzzz

Morning......yeah just wake up at 5am plus disturb by my mum.... playing my ps2 ....then go to back sleep again .... lolz after drinking 2 bottle of carsberg with my friend yesterday night lolz....look abit tispy sia....after complete my run with my friends to toa poyah omg...
I was thrill to find a job at least....and i may consider study partime poly .....after i earn enough money ....tonight going to celebrate my vesak day and i how i wish i could shake out my left ankle strains which has plague me since tuesday ...... i am struggling .... yesterday going back to cdac to sign my intern and i still worry about my pay through .....

Lol ... go temple to pray on my way saw brandon at tampines mrt ,he give away flyers lolz..... suprise to see him there... on my way to to the bus ... a macdonald floor manager and a gal catch my eyes through....weirdest of all they all alight at the same bustop >.< .... sian ....

This morning i sleep for 5 hours nia..... sleep at 4am wake up at 9am...zzzz .... that the way i look ... i going to scout for where is the RTRC .....at around 2.30pm... manage to find the place.... after that took mrt from raffles to city hall and meet my old nemesis danny for our 2nd outing . as danny today is his off day , we went straight to marina square and i saw edmund tee omg... he work in a cd shop i think.... and omg i meet ck they alll at the resturant omg.... so qiao ... the world is so small lolz... after that i go see see and walk walk.. and play some aracade in basketball and also buying soccer betting.... sian... even we 2 combine power also cannot win pools.....J-league is so hard to bet in arghhh.... i now in a desperate streak and now i almost bankrupt.... i now banking on my last hope tomorrow for the interview... by hook or by crook i wan to get this damn job.... arghhh i need the money at any cost..... tomorrow i very scare about the interview but i will try to give it a go..... and i will promise to attack at once....

tomorrow going for interview but i will promise to try my best to keep this job.... even though it is a temporary job..... i just feel it i need it badly i think.. RTRC i coming for you and wish to has a sucessful job with you.

Last week is a quiet and emotional week for me, quiet is there strange life without zhenhe is very strange lol..... while i never contact a friend , i gain a old-friend of mine who wan to meet me lol...it seem like a very long time almost one year ago.... now we almost sms one another.....but i now going soccer punter thanks to my old friend danny lolz....

today went swimming... swim for 20 laps i think .... feel my feets feel crampled and all chio bos at the pools left before 8.30pm then i give up my swim.. no motivation i think lolz.....just now go swim a couple from PRC tell me that how i swim like that ,.... then i feel very peiseh ...and very shy when the china guy tell me that i swim very well and i was like wtf ... i swim only a basic frog style...omg
then his wife i think also say that....then they beg me to teach them the basic of swimming.... i teach them how to blow bubble and also the frog styles when i demostrate them .... i think they found it hard to learn ....and i wanted to say in english but i scare they don understand english very well.....as i speak abit of english and chinese......hai in my heart i wan to teach them but maybe due to language problem ....i need to improve my language with the china people...damn .....

this evening receive a call from the RTRC asking me go down for interview on thursday ..... i was happy and sad at the same time....happy i got a interview and sad i might going to start work ....soon if the interview go through lolz....Now my occupation is fulltime soccer punter haha
ya hor almost forget tomorrow yes 33 i got dian ge to my friends and jie .... hope they will listen .

I was suprise to see my old friend danny ...when i receive his sms wanting to meet me. Then i ready to meet and its almost one year since we meet since that time Ikea store... i will always remember that fondly...I realise today his off day and he work at parkway parade... maybe i going there someday to see his workplace lolz... When danny see me, he was shock by my appearance and he say i was very chubby looking haha... We talk about the past, present and all those times we has together , it was really an emotional meeting which came flooding back to me..i was completely overwhelmed... after that we go eat kfc for dinner.....lolz.... then he say all the former mama family is going to reunite sooner or later lolz...haha the legendz of mama family... but i forget about asking him jicai .....and i finally admit to danny i no longer a poly student le ....all long i has kept this dark secret from him..finally i can set this dark secret from rest....

Today is the day i when to cage... see alot of familiar players old and new... suprise to see sgt chin also playing...i start the round by running all over the cage... when i was rugby tackle by santos omg... this go as i be goalkeeper for the rest of the match.... i think i sprain my arm when throwing to Izaac....damn i throw too hard... but today i manage to keep 2 clean sheets and on a winning side for 3 times to 4 times i think... there is total 23 people playing so the cost is just 5 bucks each i think....I was in the team with giant and his 2 malay friends and anand... Buy lunch and after that rest a while.. so tired i go sleep a hour i think... then wake up because too hot the weather... i realise age is coming back to haunt me again... i was destined to be goalkeeper with a high price.....injuries prone again zzz

This morning i wake up , before going to the cdac interview ,the rain start pouring like mad, i wanted to curse the weather sia ,what a way to start the new day . I take a bus and walk for about 5 mins i think then reach the destination and i wonder where the hell blk 102 is , and it is behind the hair salon ,and inside the room it is dark nobody in sight to my horror. Then i go to the nearest office to look for a woman call Varie i think , then all look at me if they has see a ghost-.-. I saw a woman walking towards me and to my surprise she look younger than i thought maybe late 20s .. i thought will be a aunty or what..

We talk about half an hour i think then when i realise to my horror that the internership only last 3 to 6 months without a job guarantee...i slight disappointed but i stick to my gun... i still thinking whether to send the resume to her yet.... if touch wood after finish 3 or 6 months i still cannot find job how .....i going to be dead shit .......that the option i has to take ? i dunno yet i stilling thinking

Today is just another normal day ....meet zhenhe and he wan pass me the sniper vcd to me and i ask him is the movie good. .. he say good so i going to watch the movie later at my home. Once i reach home and i left house to go down to the park to the gym area there to do some lifting ... omg i do until my both arms pain and sore......and did some dumbell regime....i think i not going to swim tomorrow with this type of condition..the good news is my weight is dropping 1kg then a slight improvement... and bad news my right arms is hurting like hell...

Then rest a while then go for a short jog and run around the park i run until 3 laps i also die like hell ,the sun blast at me and my right ankle give me old problem plus my stomaches giving me funny feeling....i had to force to rest...i fucking mad ....then i complete another 2.5 laps... then i go to the bridge and rest.... woo alot of gals running and also a guy catches a fish there lolz.... sian tomorrow going to interview for tomorrow i think i going to sleep early soon.... too tired .... later going to weight again lolz....

These pass fews days i either too lazy to blog, too busy playing facebook and i busying with my works or exercise .... What a hectic week.... Sad news taiwan singer ah sang die of cancer , i will miss her always and her love-sad songs which accomplied by these 4 years down the road.... I has suspected shan jie having a baby because she hint me alot of times i think when i talk to her to the phone. Shan jie i should has know than you has a baby as i keep smsing and msn u alot , u should take care your little precious alot lolz. I happy shan jie is pregnant and wish her to has a born a beatiful child.

The job search i find is really disappointment and more disappointment... which drives me to despair each day ever since i quit my job at suntec it has been 2 months since i has without a job or technical speaking 7 months without a job every since i ord in sep . I don know i sway or heng , sway is that it happen the start of the world financial crisis and heng is that should i treat it as a holiday for me..... these past 7 months i admit to overeating alot due to depression, then recently make out of lost time to meet friends, to exercise and to start a new chapter to my life....

This few weeks contact my longlost friends, maple friends , god sister, ite friends,mjr friends and i has one last regret is that i never talk to my family and relatives and cousins very much since chinese new year.....i feel my relationship with my elder bro is leaving further and further away almost like a strangers to me....and my cousins busy with their own love life and career life, and secondly i very pity to my second uncle-in-law who has 3rd stage cancer and has 3 to 4 years to live i think .....sad why life has to be so shorten and my aunt and her children is going to suffer the most.... that remind me of my mother and father divorce ... 9 years ago .. i wonder how my father is alive or dead ...i don care anymore ..... i don has any sense of hate or regret .... it seems to me i just has to live on and i felt that i just de same child .....

When that night zhenhe and me has heart to heart talk about our love lives and during ite days that i realize that zhenhe has so much regrets but to me i did not has any regrets because it was during by mjr days during the sec 3 my life and dream story dies along with it and i never quite recover from that fateful day when i stare helpless and crying loud alone in the corner of my room.....which will haunt me till this day ... my love story is so much so much without a zero regret and i fall in love at first sight with 2 gals i always will forever cherish and live in my heart... i might be stay curse to be alone and stay single in this lifetime or i wish to has at least to has a romance with a gal at least once , once will do ..... but the gal who is she i will never know till i meet her ....if i meet her in her eyes, i will tell her u are the one!

Zhenhe going for his diving trip for 4 days leaving me alone to fend for myself this activites after we finish completed our running at potong pasir and watch the 2 fast and 2 furious 4 at lesiure park ... i decide to go sat for soccer but alas i was trick as there is only 4 people ,me ,calvin,ck and youzoo....we decide to kick soccer at courts insteed at field which was very muddy .... we kick about 2 hours then we give up because the sun is too strong and i kanna sunburnt along the way .. i visit my mum workplace at paya lebar to order a drink lol i see my ex-colleagues at macdonald reminding the happy times i work there. I then decided to walk down the lane of the geylang lorong to explore and i pass through lorong 20 , i saw those china gals or vietnam gals i thnk along the pavement there , i walk very quickly i think lol because i afraid they will trying to pull me towards them .... i think stare at them and contining my journey home.... when i reach home it already 2 hours le ... i decide to go for a swim... but i swim for an hour then the rain begun to pour for another hour and i go swim for 2nd round but i has to stop because alot of children is at the pool and plus raining start coming in and i was force to stop swimming and continue another day ... then on sun begun to start my strength training and zhenhe ask me out as he just return from malaysia .... we talk until it was time to go home.....

today is just a worst week for me because i feel both my arms like fail on me lol.... see tomorrow how is it .... i thinking about my mum talk to me about the carpark job ... i don sound too keen because of the 12 hours things and also likely to be a security job which i dislikes because i do it during ns time and i know all the shits that you has to do .... i hate security job because i dislike for 2 years liao ...arghh .. good news i heard from cdac people , they wan interview at wednesday and i hope to know more about the internership things.. i wan to keep it for myself first and see how thing on wednesday . Lol this is my after and before i go cut my hair , after 2 long months i finally go cut a new hair . i felt very refreshed and new . I check with various hair salon after i wan to change a new surrounding and environment because i sick with sticking to the same uncle who cut my hair. I go quite a few blocks around ntuc, my block , my grandma block , then i make my first choice i will try de new one at ntuc ,the hair salon look damn young and nice and just recently open.

I hop into this hair salon ,den this young chap i think from china due to his strong accent in Mandarin, and i ask him what is the price of a normal haircut then the young chap say yes and ask me if i am a China man lol . I tell him i am singaporean haha,then he smile to me lol.. I felt awkward because i sitting with a malay lady i think or indonesia lady which the young chap is attending to her. I wait like 3 mins as i image that one of the pretty hairdressers will come to attend my hair and i look in horror in the mirror behind me is an aunty attending to my hair .OMg i was so disappointed and never mind still she manage to tidy up my hair and she look gd serious better than de uncle who cut my hair .... LOL today is my first time an aunty and also a second female who cut my hair omg..... very peiseh sia lolz , i going to try to go my grandma block nextime to cut hair lol...

I wonder when is this cdac people when to contact me sia .... i feel that i becoming boring .....

my training look damn packed.... finished off my swim in 2 hours time make me feel like i need to rush from point A to point B ... this is my first -time i feel so packed in a hurry like this. NOt is the first time,but first time to go for such a physical and mental training lol...haha Might not be online this midnite because i might be dead tired the whole session haha ... i wan to test myself i f i can last the distance and i hold my own with my goalkeepering skills haha .. i need to find my gloves sia lolz.... that all folk ... sorrie jamie tomorrow might tell u more about the twitter things and i feel i am ready to challenge the 10km run ba ... and need to overcome my mental block to find out my real self..

Today is a cool day and raining day. i slept very long 11am wake up from my slumber. Sian still no work from the cdac people... it driving me crazy so i plan myself an exercise regime. First 4 weeks exercise 3 times a week, next 4 weeks , exercise 4 or 5 times a week. This evening, i test my ankle to see if any strains ... feel little bit a stiff but still can run...I scare of my stamina because ever since i injuried my strain ankle 2 weeks ago i has not run since. I wan to keep myself fit and lose my weight and tummy size. I see one of the gal play basketball it gives me motivation sia lol. i do some warm up and stretching my ankle and knees. I saw few people running and the weather look gd for my run...The first lap look okay to me and quite smooth but when i start to run my 2nd lap , to my mother of all horror, my mental and my mind suddenly when into a block .... i run finish my 2nd lap and i wan to complete another 1 and de half lap to go ....i canot run and even jog anymore... i has no choice but to walk ....it was such a mysterious to me because i always since to struck at lap 2.... Then my dear zhenhe suggest me to go run 10km in aug this year ...say he will train me... omg ... i wan faint liao ....10km road march is okay to me but 10km run is something that bother me ... i never in my life run so much distance and let alone enough stamina to last 10km.. i only know crazy zhenhe can finish 10km easily ...

I still thinking of whether to go to ruixiang gathering this sat. My options is limited .Today happy to has zaki add me in my facebook and i was proud and honor to talk her during our maple days lol. Sad sia we all grow up le and no more maple very much . I still feel like meeting her in person and thxs her for all those experience during maple times. Best regards zaki , you always has a place in my maple heart.

Now i am been active promoting the ads on my blog as i heard can earn money . Attentions to all my friends, next month who wan go Longbeach seafood either sms,call me, or write on my facebook on blog ... . Lol zhen he just finish his Ironman event this evening. He call me to come down and he order alot of food. Omg , i has eaten my dinner liao and he going to make me grow fat lol. So i call kok kin to come down to join us for the dinner feast. He did not eat anything lol. Zhen he lent me his ironman medal to see, i thinking of how he completed before 8 hours of running, swimming and cycling.. he is not human omg.... he is an ironman .. lol . I saw the crab on the table look yummy to me but sadly i cannot eat because i too full. I saw zhen he face and body and hands all been sunburn by the sun lol even can see his number pales on its hand lol....i feel he look tired and thin in looking ,,, i tell him to eat more lol...IN the end... we finish the whole food lol.... i think that zhen he achieve his aim lol because i know i always run with him and swim with him and i know his energy level and mental strength is so good that why he can complete the whole event of ironman. Also double happiness.. i might find a job soon by internership with a company for 6 months or more... but i still searching my options.... now its 1.35am in the morning , i feel so tired ... i has to end my blog liao .... yawns

This week is recovery week. i decide to run with zhenhe around evening time. We both started our warm up , then we proceed to run to Leisure park there..... but i thinking u must be kidding me..... it was one hell of a distance even worst then bugis last time we run together.... But too bad i can only run till kallang mrt there... shame on me ..i blame myself for not getting fit... and i feel both legs going to fail on me. I saw zhenhe run like he not feeling the effect of his injuried knees and legs. We both decided to walk back and a short job till the end. i do my de-stress warmup before we both end our running sessions together.... Thinking back tomorrow is valentine day...i feel very miserable i now 24 this year yet i has 0 relationship before... it love that powerful.... did i ever fall in love with someone before.. yes it was love at first sight before ..but with 2 gals during My mjr days ......i only admire from afar but i know in my heart ,this terrible pain will haunt me till the end of time.....Happy Valentine day to all lovers around the world...

Wake around 8 plus. Wake zhenhe up to prepare for a swim at our nearby swimming pool. This is my first time swimming after 2 years without swiming since my ns time . I saw it is $1.30 for the adult entrance . Then i go to my locker 11 my favourite number lol to put my bag inside. I and zhenhe do alittle bit of warm-up. Then i jump into the pool first but zhenhe refused at first to go inside the pool.i become puzzled then i realise he is fighting with the cold lol. He ask me why i not afraid of de cold then i laugh it off . The fat around my tummy protect me from cold lol. I wanted to swim one whole lap but when i saw in the middle of the pool of the depth .It freaked me out. Zhenhe tell mi to swim vertical of the pool inside . I felt very peiseh at first because i might cutting people swimming lane if i swim vertical. THis is sunday man , alot of children around ,one of the child swim kick my groin area ouch......Painful.... Sad is that saw no chiobo around the swimming complex haiz... lol manage to swim like 15 laps to 20 laps ba...... Around noon like that, my one of the legs start to feel cramps and we both agree to end the swimming . Hope to swim every once a week lol. It is an enjoyable and relaxing experience like a spa lol.

Yesterday evening after meeting zhenhe . We go to Sim Lim to meet her friend ,Jasmine to repair her Psp. I wan to buy psp sia lol as i look with envy. After that we took bus 23 and went our separate way. After that back home, i msn ruixiang i going to meet him at Tiong bahru for lunch and then go to his Youth activites. -.- Feel awkward when he say he going to a church. This end our nite.

The next morning , i meet Andreas and ruixiang for Lunch at KFC. I and ruixiang share one KFc meal. Then off we to Boon LAy to go to his so call youth activies . After that , i got a culture shock and a historical lesson which i never forget. I make some friend over there mostly introduce by ruixiang name. I try to recall who i befriend sia lol. i think i remember is De primate lookalike shyt i forget his name , the group leader Kenneth, 2 gal call Hazel and the other one i think lye min ,yuan xing , Camila and her boyfriend i think i also forget his name. Arghhh

I give me my hp no to the 2 of the gals ba. Feel like hai is that i am the kind of guy -.-''..

Today is a huge decision to make . Still Mudding my thoughts, i was offer 2 job which is tempting not to refuse. I in the crossroad. I scare i will make the wrong choice. One is going to do retail at CarreFOuR which boasts 5 days work,some attractive benefits , suit my place and flexible timing , but the pay left much to be desire is the only sore point. The other is do technician work example do service maintenance on atm machines arpund singapore. The good part is technician got training which makes me kickstart my engineering career. The working hours is 10 hours long which is a bad and good part, bad part u will kanna recall and also de studying 2-3 week course and ojt . The good and attractive part is de salary is much better than the first job . TOugh call.

After that i go to de temple to pray at waterloo street there . I pray and saw jeremy my ex-mjr friend. After that i go to see zodic at there which is shown on the photo . The queue is very long at lavender mrt there when i go collect the card. what a crazy morning till evening.... gone from funan IT mall, to eunos and back to suntec .....
Almost lost my way to funan ....take bus 147 but stop at the wrong bustop lane..
Force mi to go underground to take MRt to city hall ,then walk almost 10 mins to Funan Argh.....
Damn my hair is almost messy ..... blown by the wind... I went to challenger there and talk to one guy where to make my way to the interview room. Then inside the counter got one chio bo sia...i very shy shy ...but i grow in horror My hair so messy... argh ... The interview is okay but i think i not suitable for the job after i talk calmly to the interviewer.

After finish my interview,go back to eunos to search for Kampoung XX CC almost cannot locate it.... but go inside de cc very disappointing to see many people there and de job all taken..buy newpaper then see suntec got job damn it i need to rush to suntec before 4.30pm .my favourite show start at 4.30pm....Go to 7 -11 there buy 100 plus ...almost die of thirst and dehydration

I went for mad for the bus and then i rush down towards suntec then i Lost MY way AGAIN .WHere THe hell is Tower 3 LIFT LOBBY!!!! iI went into the wrong lift where there is only button 14-27 floor where is the bloody 4th floor argh... I almost cry into tears and broke cold sweat. I ask one of the indian security ,he point to me there.i say thank you and i hurry up to the life .Yes is 4th floor ,is the correct lift. Time now is 4pm ..still got time ..however i in for a rude shock,inside got alot alot of Indian and malay people ,i not racist or what but is there i saw no chinese like mi appy for a job... all eyes all point at me . i feel very peiseh sia....but to my horror and more horror,the female indian clerk say to us there is not enough time to interview,they will call us if there is any job available.. i feel like crying bec i saw one stack of job application paper .... no chance of hiring....

IT seem i getting closer to going to resturant jobs which i don wan ,bloody hell i work in macdonald...i sick of it and i TRY MY BEST TO AVOID IT BEcause IT CONFIRM MAKE MI GROW FATTER AND I don wan it again.....

ARGHHH nightmare....maybe going to find job outside again but don know where....

Going to Bugis shortly....very sian at home , cannot play online games com spolit ..... laptop also so slow ...... Later going to meet my just ord ns friends later , see got any information to exchange ...

Sian so hot outside ....Meet david at bugis but last min change to Aljunied there instead.... argh i waste my trip to bugis liao .... We go to a kopitiam there to talk something. David wear very formal sia....he bring mi go to a building there and meet his friend desmond. David talk to mi about the whole plan , i not convince totally through. ... It make mi a very frustated and give me a dilemma. i saw 2 of my sgts Gabriel and kai there also what a small world...

Today is my mix days happy to see them and sad to hear from them which i don wan to mention. I will keep this terrible secret to myself. i bade farewell to all of them and i walk alone from Aljunied to kallang . I pass by this bridge linking to kallang bahru . This bridge is quite bright ... u can see from on both pictures it is very bright . i love both of the views ,it give mi an warm feeling. With that i walk slowly towards my home tired and sad and happy .

This morning i prepare all my stuffs ,with a heavy n slight nerve . My dread interview is coming.
COme on everyone will has to face it rite.......

Before 10am.i reach the building and i was lead into a small room with the air-con tune to -18 degrees . are u sure .....i freezing while waiting for the dread interviewer....but i wait like ages. A sudden knock on the door , out come a middle-age man around 30s or 40 i think . The first impression of him is okay this guy is like ang-mo type , the interview last then i think half an hour ....

I will not talk about the interview process....in the end the whole interviewing process is like wow that fast , i think firsttime interview give mi the wakeup call: hey lad, welcome to the working world ... it give mi the experience i will never forget ba.... i think i still not yet convince the interviewer because the interviewer expectations of mi is higher .....

I don care about it now.....feel exhausted about the interview part ..... i doubt so ,look at the bright side it give mi the experience of interviewing face to face i never face before...

I only know i done my best .....feeling now is like mix.....rejection is the dread word ha i don care a damn .

I sleep for 2 or 3 hours then wake up one one hour then sleep for 2 hour. it driving mi craze n i having difficultly in sleeping well n has a slight flu. The side-effect is head dizzy and sure make my day like hell ......

Tomorrow is the day i venture outside and that will decide where is career is going upwards or downwards... Sound like the end of the world rite . Lol bec tomorrow is going to be job interview for tomorrow ... hai sound like i now getting nervous by each mins... My feelings is now is like outside i feel nothing but inside my heart i feel some stress of worrying tomorrow how the boss is going to interrogate mi for tomorrow....a very awful feeling

later going to temple to pray at toa poyah ....then after that i prepare myself mentally n physically myself incase i has a complete nervous breakdown....

i still down know buy what present for christmas outing argghhh ,feel likes nt going .....nevermind still long time =X

After praying finished,my mum , elder bro n i go has a feast at a chinese resturaantant at toa dunno which resturant at Toa poyah , i order one plate of salted fish with fried rice i think and one dessert forget which one liao.. btw today is my elder brother bird day f3....cause for a celebration....

after that ,return home n still thinking about tomorrow interview in my mind . i went to take a evening nap ....ahaha my dizzy gone n i feel refresh n recharged....i think i has a slight confident n i prepare to looking forward for tomorrow interview with envy.

Well well.still thinking how to put the image on the whole background in my blog going to be a headache to me .... argh that why i hate blogging lol...... lots of stuff to do also n things to explore
still trying to figure out the plans for tomorrow after finish my interview. i maybe go buy presents first ? or going see see walk walk

I need to reduce my fats n i thinking of buying weighting scale ya that rite .I need to exercise ....but i NEED to control MY Diet ....ARghhh nightmare is coming .......
